Today we received confirmation from the Charities Regulator of Ireland that our application has been approved — 4th Westmeath Moate Scout Group is now officially a registered charity in Ireland!

Our new Registered Charity Number is 20206914.

This recognition is an important milestone for our Group. It reflects the hard work and dedication of our volunteers, leaders, and supporters who help us provide Scouting opportunities for young people in our community.

Becoming a registered charity strengthens our commitment to transparency, good governance, and the highest standards in how we run our Group. It also opens up new opportunities for support and fundraising to help us continue to grow and offer even more activities and adventures for our Scouts.

We’d like to thank everyone who has been part of our journey so far — from our youth members and parents to our leaders and committee. Your support makes everything we do possible.
